How to sweat the stress away

I use to believe those that spent days and hours in the gym were insecure people. I thought they were insecure about their body, their physique, and their overall self and went to sweat their insecurity and their problems off. It sure is useful but it doesn’t fix your overall problem or satisfy you entirely.

Later, I found out that some people go to the gym for these reasons and it’s not a bad thing, but some do…
